1. General

  • Our marketplace is an online platform that connects buyers and sellers.
  • We facilitate listings, transactions, and communication but do not own or produce the items listed.
  • These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you agree to any changes.

2. Buyers

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
  • Refunds and returns depend on the seller’s individual policies unless required by law.
  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping details.

3. Sellers

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, images, and descriptions.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for shipping and delivering their products to buyers.
  • Sellers agree to comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations.
  • Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or illegal.

4. Seller Payouts

  • Seller earnings will be paid out every 14 days (bi-weekly), after deducting platform fees and commissions.
  • Payouts are made via the seller’s chosen payment method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
  • Any disputes or chargebacks may delay payout until resolved.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping is the responsibility of the seller.
  • Sellers must clearly indicate shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and policies in their listings.
  • Marketplace is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused during shipping.

6. Fees & Commissions

  • The marketplace charges a commission on each successful sale.
  • Fees are deducted automatically before seller payouts.
  • Any additional services (e.g., advertising or promotions) may carry extra charges.

7. Disputes

  • Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly.
  • If unresolved, the marketplace may step in as a neutral mediator but does not guarantee an outcome.
  • Chargebacks and fraudulent activities will result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The marketplace is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of products sold.
  • We act only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.
  • By using the platform, you agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any legal matters must be brought before a competent court within South Africa.
